regulations that threaten the bawdy SMS spreaders will get punished.
Apparently, that rule makes a number of married couples or lovers
exchanging SMS fears tender.
Related to these fears, the authority was trying to convince China that
SMS bawdy nuances between couples or friends will not lead any
sanctions. But the deal between the sender and the recipient SMS nobody
bothered.
"If a friend was disturbed by the pornographic messages, it becomes
possible violations, but if this love between friends send such SMS, of
course there is no violation," said Hu Yunteng, judicial officials in

Explained that Yunteng legitimate if between friends exchanging vulgar
SMS with the intent to joke with each other. It will not be brought
into the realm of law.
